  • 2 15-oz cans tomato sauce
  • 2 15-oz cans diced tomatoes
  • salt to taste

  • 2 cups cooked elbow macaroni
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese grated

  • In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté onion in olive oil until softened.Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess grease.
  • Stir in garlic, Italian seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and ground black pepper. Cook 45 seconds until fragrant.
  • Add tomato paste, tomato sauce, and diced tomatoes. Stir to combine and simmer 2–3 minutes.
  • Transfer mixture to slow cooker.
  • Cook on:
    LOW for 4–6 hours, or
    HIGH for 2–3 hours
  • Stir pasta into slow cooker during the last 20–25 minutes of cook time.Fold in cheddar cheese and parsley. Cover and cook until cheese is melted.
  • Let rest 5–10 minutes before serving to thicken.
