- 10 oz frozen chopped spinach thawed and squeezed dry
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella chesse
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese or more
- 1 can artichoke hearts (14-oz), drained and chopped
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp ground black pepper
- ¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 tbsp chopped green onion

Spray the inside of your slow cooker lightly with cooking spray.
Add cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, seasonings, spinach, green onions, and chopped artichokes.
Stir everything together until mostly combined.
Cover and cook on LOW for 2 to 3 hours or HIGH for 1 to 1½ hours.
Stir halfway through cooking until smooth and creamy.
