Chill a large mixing bowl and beaters in the freezer for 15 minutes or refrigerator for 20 minutes.
Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
In another bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, Nutella, and marshmallow fluff until smooth.
Fold the chopped Snickers into the condensed milk mixture.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the candy mixture until fully incorporated.
