Instructions
Whisk eggs and cottage cheese together.
Heat pan over medium-low heat.
Add butter or oil, if using.
Pour in egg mixture. Stir gently until soft curds form.
Remove from heat slightly before done.
Stir another 1 minute. Season with sea salt and pepper. Enjoy!
