- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp crushed sea salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 large egg
- ½ cup breadcrumbs or almond flour
- ¼ cup parsley chopped
