- 3 ripe bananas
- ¾ cup cottage cheese blended
- 2 large eggs
- ⅓ cup maple syrup
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1½ cup all-purpose flour or gluten-free flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
