This creamy Southwest Cheese Ball combines cheddar cheese, bacon, green chiles, and Tex-Mex flavors into one irresistible appetizer. - 16 oz cream cheese softened
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese finely grated
- 4 oz can diced green chilies drained
- 4 slices bacon cooked and crumbled

- ½ tsp ground cumin
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp diced jalapeno fresh or pickled, pat dry
- 2 tbsp green onion sliced thin
Coating
- ½ cup diced red bell pepper
- ¼ cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 2 tbsp cilantro minced
- ¼ cup green onion sliced thin
- 1 tsp chili powder
Get Recipe Ingredients
Mix all cheese ball ingredients together until creamy.
Shape into a ball and wrap tightly. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Mix coating ingredients together. Roll chilled cheese ball in coating.
Serve with crackers and vegetables.
