Ingredients
  

Peach Filling

  • 8 cups peaches slices
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup dark brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch

Cobbler Topping

  • cups all-purpose flour or gluten-free flour
  • ¾ tsp granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Grease slow cooker.
  • Mix peach filling ingredients.
  • Add peaches to crockpot.
  • Stir together topping ingredients.
  • Spoon batter over peaches.
  • Cook on HIGH 2½-3 hours or LOW 4-5 hours.
  • Rest 15 minutes before serving. Top with ice cream and enjoy.
