- ¼ cup dark brown sugar or light brown
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- pinch of salt
For The Topping
- 1 cup old-fashioned oats or gluten-free oats
- 1 cup all-purpose flour gluten-free flour
- ¾ cup dark brown sugar or light brown
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ cup unsalted butter melted
