Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs chicken wings drumettes and flats
  • 1 tbsp aluminum-free baking powder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F.
  • Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top.
  • Pat wings completely dry with paper towels.
  • In a large bowl, toss wings with baking powder, oil, salt, and spices.
  • Arrange wings in a single layer on the rack.
  • Bake for 25 minutes, flip, then bake another 20–25 minutes until crispy.
