- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp nutritional yeast optional-give it a cheesy flavor
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 12 oz egg noodles
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- ½ cup light sour cream
- parsley chopped, for garnish
- Parmesan cheese freshly grated, optional

Heat a large skillet or sauté pan over medium-high heat. Add olive oil and ground beef. Brown the meat.
Drain excess grease if needed.
Add onions. Cook for 4 minutes.
