- 4 chicken breasts diced
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tbsp Italian seasoning

- 1 cup basmati rice
- 2¼ cups chicken broth
- 1 small broccoli crown chopped in florets
- 1 cup shredded cheese of choice
- Greek yogurt
- green onion thinly sliced, divided

Add diced onion and sauté until translucent, about 3 minutes.
