- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast or thighs
- 1 1-oz packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 1-oz packet au jus gravy mix
- ½ cup unsalted butter cut into pats
- 4-6 pepperoncini peppers juice is optional
- Fresh parsley chopped
Get Recipe Ingredients
Place chicken in slow cooker or Instant Pot.
Sprinkle ranch seasoning and au jus mix over the chicken.
Top with butter and scatter pepperoncini peppers on top. Add a bit of pepperoncini juice if desired.
Slow Cooker: Cook on low 6–8 hours or high 3–4 hours.Instant Pot: Cook on high pressure 12–15 minutes, then quick release.
Once done, shred the chicken right in the sauce and toss to coat.
Serve over rice, mashed potatoes, or your favorite sides — garnish with parsley.
