Ingredients
  

For The Beef

  • lbs ground beef
  • 5 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger grated

For The Sauce

  • ½ cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • ¼ cup brown sugar light or dark
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tsp gochujang
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp Ground black pepper
  • ½ tsp Red pepper flakes

Servings

  • cooked rice

Instructions
 

  • Brown beef in large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add garlic and ginger.
  • Whisk sauce ingredients together. Pour sauce into skillet.
  • Simmer until thickened.
