- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 cups freshly shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup freshly shredded mozzarella cheese
- 7 slices bacon cooked and crumbled; reserve 2 tbsp for the topping. *see below
- 4 fresh jalapenos diced
- 2 tbsp pickled jalapenos chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp smoked paprika
- ¼ tsp ground black pepper
For The Crunchy Topping
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp butter melted
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp reserved bacon crumbles
- chives or green onion chopped, for topping
- fresh jalapeno sliced, for topping
- sea salt to taste

Preheat your oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a 9-inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, mozzarella, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, bacon, fresh jalapeños, and pickled jalapeños.
Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
In a small bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and melted butter.
Sprinkle the topping evenly over the dip.
Bake for 22-28 minutes or until bubbly around the edges and golden brown on top.
Allow the dip to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Top with reserved bacon, chives, jalapeno, and sea salt.
