Sweet Hawaiian rolls are layered with savory ham, salami, pepperoni, and melty provolone cheese, then brushed with a garlic Parmesan butter topping and baked until golden. Ingredients
  

  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 8 slices provolone cheese
  • 6 slices ham
  • 18 slices pepperoni
  • 12 slices Genoa salami
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese

Grinder Salad

  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes diced
  • ¼ cup red onion diced
  • ¼ cup banana peppers chopped
  • cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • salt to taste
  • ground black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F. Without separating the rolls, slice the entire package of Hawaiian rolls horizontally.
  • Place the bottom half onto a baking sheet or in a baking dish.
  • Add half of the provolone cheese. Layer on the ham, salami, and pepperoni.
  • Top with the remaining provolone slices. Place the tops of the rolls back on.
  • Mix together melted butter, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese. Brush generously over the tops of the rolls.
  • Cover loosely with foil. Bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 5 minutes until golden and the cheese is melted.
  • Combine the salad ingredients in a large bowl. Toss until everything is evenly coated.
  • Allow sliders to cool for 3 to 5 minutes. Carefully lift the tops and spoon the grinder salad onto the sandwiches.
  • Replace the tops and slice into individual sliders. Serve immediately.
