  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or favorite diary free plain yogurt
  • 1 1/2 cup feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • Dash lemon juice
  • lemon zest
  • Sprinkle salt

Instructions
 

  • Add shallots and garlic to a processor. Grind for 5 seconds to break up the ingredients.
  • Add remaining ingredients. Process until smooth.
