- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp ground coriander
- ½ tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
Rice
- 2 cups basmati rice
- 3 cups chicken broth
- ½ tsp turmeric
- 1 small onion or shallot minced
- 2 cloves fresh garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
Greek Yogurt White Sauce
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp white vingear
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
Get Recipe Ingredients
Season chicken with all spices, olive oil, and lemon juice.
Cook rice with aromatics and broth until fluffy.
Sear chicken over medium-high heat until cooked through.
Rest, then chop chicken.
Mix all sauce ingredients until smooth.
