- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 or 2 shallots diced
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp Ground black pepper
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 12 Hawaiian rolls slide horizontally
- 8 slices gouda cheese or cheddar cheese or a combination of both
- dill pickle chips
Garlic Butter
- 4 tbsp butter melted
- 3 cloves garlic roasted, optional (400F with olive oil for about 20 minutes wrapped in foil)
- sesame seeds
- parsley chopped, or minced
Sauce (double this recipe if desired)
- ½ cup mayo
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp pickle juice

Preheat oven to 350℉.
Add sliced shallots and cook for 10–12 minutes until deeply golden and caramelized. Remove and set aside. This adds incredible sweetness and depth to the sliders.
In the same skillet, add the ground beef. Add your seasonings, cook until browned. Stir in salt, pepper, smoked paprika, Worcestershire sauce, and ketchup.
Layer half the smoked Gouda, cooked ground beef, caramelized shallots, pickles, and remaining cheese. Place the top buns on top.
Mix together your garlic butter mixture and brush on top of the buns.
Bake for15-18 minutes.
Mix the sauce and drizzle it on top before serving, or use it as a slider dip. Enjoy!
