- 1½ lbs lean ground beef
- 3 medium russet potatoes diced
- 1 medium onion diced
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp ground black pepper
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- parsley for garnish
Get Recipe Ingredients
Brown ground beef in large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain grease if necessary. Stir in Worcestershire sauce. Remove and set aside.
Add olive oil and butter to skillet.
Add potatoes and onion. Cook 5 minutes.
Stir in garlic and seasonings.
Cover and cook 8–10 minutes.
Remove lid and crisp potatoes another 5–7 minutes.
Return beef to skillet and stir well.
Add cheese over top and cover until melted.
Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
