Ingredients
  

  • lbs lean ground beef
  • 3 medium russet potatoes diced
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Brown ground beef in large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain grease if necessary. Stir in Worcestershire sauce. Remove and set aside.
  • Add olive oil and butter to skillet.
  • Add potatoes and onion. Cook 5 minutes.
  • Stir in garlic and seasonings.
  • Cover and cook 8–10 minutes.
  • Remove lid and crisp potatoes another 5–7 minutes.
  • Return beef to skillet and stir well.
  • Add cheese over top and cover until melted.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
