Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup cornstarch
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp cayenne optional
  • Oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Pat wings completely dry.
  • Season wings lightly with salt and pepper.
  • Mix flour, cornstarch, and spices in a bowl.
  • Coat wings thoroughly.
  • Rest wings on a rack for 10–15 minutes.
  • Heat oil to 350–365°F.
