Dry ingredients
- 1½ cup flour all-purpose flour or gluten-free flour
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
Wet ingredients
- 1¼ cup milk or buttermilk
- 1 large egg
- 3 tbsp butter melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
