For The Meatloaf
- 1.5 lbs ground beef
- ½ large onion chopped
- 1 large egg
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
- ⅓ cup milk, any + 1 tbsp
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
- dash of Worcestershire sauce optional
- sea salt
- Ground black pepper
For The Glaze
- 3 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 2 tbsp dark brown sugar
- ¼ tsp Garlic powder
Get Recipe Ingredients

Mix all meatloaf ingredients until just combined.
Transfer to a greased 9x4 loaf pan.
