Spray the inside of a 6-quart slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray if desired for easier cleanup.
Add the frozen meatballs directly into the slow cooker. Do not thaw.
In a medium bowl, whisk together: grape jelly, chili sauce, barbecue sauce (if using), Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder. Mix until mostly smooth.
Pour the sauce evenly over the meatballs. Gently stir until all of the meatballs are coated.
Cover with the lid. Cook on: LOW: 4–6 hours or HIGH: 2–3 hours. Stir once or twice during cooking if possible.
When the meatballs are hot throughout and the sauce has thickened into a glossy glaze, switch the slow cooker to the Warm setting.
Garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve directly from the slow cooker with cocktail picks or a serving spoon. Enjoy!
