- 1 cup pepper jack cheese finely shredded
- 1 15-oz can quality chili with beans or without beans
- 1 10-oz can Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies drained
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp ground cumin
- ¼ tsp ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp milk if needed
