- 2.5 lbs chicken wings
- 2 tbsp aluminum-free baking powder
- 1½ tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- olive oil spray

- ¼ cup hot sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar

For The Chicken Wings
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Pat wings extremely dry with paper towels.
In a large bowl, mix baking powder, sea salt, paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper. Add wings and toss until coated evenly.
Place wings in a single layer on the rack, leaving space between each one.
Lightly spray with oil if desired
Bake 45–50 minutes, flipping halfway through, until browned and crispy.
For The Sauce
In a small bowl, mix 1/4 cup hot sauce + 2 tbsp brown sugar.
Remove wings from the oven and toss immediately in the hot sauce mixture.
Serve while crispy and hot.
