Ingredients
  

For The Chicken Wings

  • 2.5 lbs chicken wings
  • 2 tbsp aluminum-free baking powder
  • tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • olive oil spray

For The Sauce

  • ¼ cup hot sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar

Instructions
 

For The Chicken Wings

  • Preheat oven to 425°F.
  • Pat wings extremely dry with paper towels.
  • In a large bowl, mix baking powder, sea salt, paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper. Add wings and toss until coated evenly.
  • Place wings in a single layer on the rack, leaving space between each one.
  • Lightly spray with oil if desired
  • Bake 45–50 minutes, flipping halfway through, until browned and crispy.

For The Sauce

  • In a small bowl, mix 1/4 cup hot sauce + 2 tbsp brown sugar.
  • Remove wings from the oven and toss immediately in the hot sauce mixture.
  • Serve while crispy and hot.
