For The Sauce
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ¼ cup milk any, whole milk works best
- pinch of sea salt crushed between fingers
- pinch ground black pepper
Get Recipe Ingredients
Add all sauce ingredients to a blender and blend until completely smooth and creamy.
Pour into a pan over low heat. ⚠️ Do NOT boil—this can cause separation.
Add cooked pasta and toss to coat.
Add reserved pasta water a little at a time until silky.
