- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Get Recipe Ingredients
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a bread loaf pan with parchment paper.
Blend cottage cheese until smooth.
Mix eggs, oil, honey, and cottage cheese. Fold in dry ingredients. Rest your batter for 5 minutes.
Knead 8-10 minutes until smooth. Sprinkle a little flour on your surface in case it is too sticky. Don't worry, it will all come together. Then, mold into a loaf shape.
Add your dough into loaf pan.
Bake 40 minutes.
Cool before slicing.
