Cottage Cheese Bread (No Yeast)

This cottage cheese bread is incredibly soft, fluffy, and packed with protein—perfect for slicing, toasting, and everyday sandwiches.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cottage cheese blended
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a bread loaf pan with parchment paper.
  • Blend cottage cheese until smooth.
  • Mix eggs, oil, honey, and cottage cheese. Fold in dry ingredients. Rest your batter for 5 minutes.
  • Knead 8-10 minutes until smooth. Sprinkle a little flour on your surface in case it is too sticky. Don't worry, it will all come together. Then, mold into a loaf shape.
  • Add your dough into loaf pan.
  • Bake 40 minutes.
  • Cool before slicing.
