Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp aluminum-free baking powder

Instructions
 

  • Pat wings completely dry with paper towels
  • Toss wings with oil, seasonings, and baking powder if using
  • Preheat air fryer to 380°F
  • Arrange wings in a single layer
  • Cook for 12 minutes. Then, flip.
  • Cook another 10-minutes.
  • Increase heat to 400°F and cook 5 minutes until crispy
  • Toss with sauce if desired and serve
