- ½ cup buffalo sauce
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1½ cups mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup cheddar cheese
- toppings as desired ideas: Red onion slices, Green onions, Crumbled blue cheese (optional), Ranch or blue cheese drizzle

Preheat oven to 475°F. If using a pizza stone—preheat it for at least 30 minutes.
Mix together shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, melted butter, garlic powder + paprika 👉 This ensures flavor in every bite, not just on top.

Let dough rest 10 minutes if it keeps shrinking.
Brush crust lightly with olive oil. Spread buffalo sauce evenly.
