This chicken wing pizza is loaded with juicy buffalo chicken, melty cheese, and bold flavor. Better than takeout, easy to make, and packed with tips for the perfect crispy crust.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • 2 cups cooked chicken Shredded rotisserie chicken works best
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • cups mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese
  • toppings as desired ideas: Red onion slices, Green onions, Crumbled blue cheese (optional), Ranch or blue cheese drizzle

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 475°F. If using a pizza stone—preheat it for at least 30 minutes.
  • Mix together shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, melted butter, garlic powder + paprika 👉 This ensures flavor in every bite, not just on top.
  • Stretch dough into a 12–14 inch circle.
  • Let dough rest 10 minutes if it keeps shrinking.
  • Brush crust lightly with olive oil. Spread buffalo sauce evenly.
  • Add mozzarella + cheddar, then add buffalo chicken, finally extra toppings.
    👉 Cheese first = prevents soggy crust.
  • Bake for 12–15 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and add green onions and sauces/dressings if using.
