Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups cooked chicken diced
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 stalks celery finely diced
  • ¼ cup red onion finely diced
  • 1 cup red seedless graped halved
  • ½ cup chopped pecans toasted *optional
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ¾ tsp salt to taste
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Dice the cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  • Finely chop the celery, onion, parsley, and pecans.
  • Slice the grapes in half.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the chicken, celery, onion, grapes, pecans, and parsley. Fold everything together until evenly coated.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour. Taste and adjust seasoning before serving.
