- 2 boneless-skinless chicken breast sliced thin into strips and cut in half
- 1 tbsp cumin
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ¼ tsp ground black pepper
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 2 beaten eggs
- 2 cups breadcrumbs

Preheat oven to 375°F.
Slice chicken into fry-sized strips.
Combine flour and spices in a medium size bowl.
Toss chicken with spices.
Dredge in flour, egg, then breadcrumbs.
Place on Caraway sheet pan in a single layer.
Bake 11–13 minutes until golden and cooked through.
Serve hot with dipping sauces and sprinkle with extra sea salt (optional!)
