Chicken Fries

These crispy baked chicken fries are proof that a simple chicken recipe can still feel exciting, modern, and internet-worthy. They’re easy enough for weeknights, fun enough for kids, and fuss-free!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 boneless-skinless chicken breast sliced thin into strips and cut in half
  • 1 tbsp cumin
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 2 cups breadcrumbs

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Slice chicken into fry-sized strips.
  • Combine flour and spices in a medium size bowl.
  • Toss chicken with spices.
  • Dredge in flour, egg, then breadcrumbs.
  • Place on Caraway sheet pan in a single layer.
  • Bake 11–13 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  • Serve hot with dipping sauces and sprinkle with extra sea salt (optional!)
