Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika or paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp dried thyme
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper adjust to taste or omit
  • 2 pinches sea salt crushed between fingers
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp butter optional

Instructions
 

  • Pound chicken breasts to even thickness.
  • Mix all spices in a small bowl.
  • Rub seasoning evenly over chicken.
  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Cook chicken 5–7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
  • Add butter during the last minute (optional).
  • Rest 5 minutes before slicing confirming juiciness.
