- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp ground black pepper
- ½ cup water
Burritos
- 6 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 red bell pepper diced, optional
- cherry tomatoes diced, optional
- 1 can black beans drained and rinsed
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese or Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 cup pico de gallo
- 1 avocado sliced
- ½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- fresh cilantro chopped
- fresh lime for garnish
