1 cup unsalted butter melted 1 cup granulated sugar ½ cup dark brown sugar or light brown sugar 3 large eggs 2 tsp vanilla extract ¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder 1 cup all-purpose flour or gluten-free flour ½ tsp salt 1½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips divided flakey sea salt
