Ingredients
  

  • 1 loaf brioche bread 14-16 ounces
  • 8 large eggs
  • 1 12-ounce can evaporated milk
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup dark brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ground all-spice
  • 2 Generous pinches of sea salt crushed between your fingers
  • 1-1½ cup fresh blueberries
  • Powdered sugar to dust, optional

Optional Toppings

  • Honey
  • Maple syrup
  • Powdered sugar glaze

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and grease baking dish.
  • Add brioche and blueberries.
  • Whisk custard ingredients.
  • Pour over bread and press gently. Cover and chill for 1 hour or up to 12 hours.
  • Bake 40–45 minutes until golden.
  • Dust with powdered sugar if desired.
