Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup fresh parsley finely chopped
  • cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • juice of ½ lemon
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp minced shallot or red onion
  • 1 tbsp fresh cilantro finely chopped
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ½ tbsp ground black pepper
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes

Instructions
 

  • Add everything to a bowl, mix well. Let rest for 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
  • Alternatively, pulse everything whole in a processor. Then, add oil and combine.
