- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp ground black pepper

- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard

Pat salmon dry and place on lined baking sheet.
Mix oil, garlic, lemon juice, and seasonings (and honey and/or mustard).
