Ingredients
  

  • 4 6-oz salmon fillets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter I prefer olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper

Optional

  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425℉.
  • Pat salmon dry and place on lined baking sheet.
  • Mix oil, garlic, lemon juice, and seasonings (and honey and/or mustard).
  • Brush over salmon.
  • Bake 16 minutes.
  • Remove the salmon fillets from the oven and allow to rest for 3-5 minutes.
  • Add some lemon after baking, optional.
