Dry Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour or gluten-free flour
- 1 cup bread flour or gluten-free flour
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ¾ tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp sea salt
Wet Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup dark brown sugar
- ½ cup granulated
- 1 large egg
- 1 large egg yolk
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips or dairy-free chips
- 1 cup dark chocolate or dairy-free dark chocolate

Whisk together dry ingredients.
Combine butter and sugars until glossy.
