Ingredients
  

Stir Fry

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 yellow bell pepper slices
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 small onion or shallot diced
  • 4 cloved garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger grated
  • 3 tbsp green onion sliced
  • sesame seeds for garnish

Sauce

  • cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • ¼ cup water

Instructions
 

  • Whisk together the sauce ingredients. Set aside.
  • Heat sesame oil in a skillet. Brown ground beef.
  • Add garlic, ginger, and onion.
  • Add vegetables and cook until crisp-tender.
  • Pour in sauce.
  • Stir until thickened. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
  • Serve immediately.
