- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 yellow bell pepper slices
- 1 red bell pepper sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 small onion or shallot diced
- 4 cloved garlic minced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger grated
- 3 tbsp green onion sliced
- sesame seeds for garnish
Sauce
- ⅓ cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- ¼ cup water
