Soft and chewy 3 ingredient cookies made with ripe bananas, peanut butter, and oats. This easy flourless cookie recipe comes together in one bowl and is perfect for a quick snack or healthier dessert. For picture-perfect cookies, add a few chocolate chips on top before you bake.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 large ripe bananas mashed
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter *natural peanut butter will work, however, they will spread more. Try adding 1/2 cup more oats.
  • 2 cups old-fashioned oats
  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips optional, or standard sized chips

  • shredded coconut
  • raisins
  • nuts
  • M&M's

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Mash bananas in a large bowl until mostly smooth.
  • Stir in peanut butter until combined.Fold in oats and optional chocolate chips.
  • Scoop dough onto prepared baking sheet using a medium cookie scoop.
  • Gently flatten cookies slightly since they do not spread much while baking.
  • For picture-perfect cookies, add a few chocolate chips on top before baking.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
  • Allow cookies to cool on the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
