I literally CHOW down on this snack! WOWERZ!

A crowd pleasing finger food filled with peanut butter and chocolate dusted with the….you guessed it, extra sugar!

You can substitute one or two cups of Chex for pretzels or other cereal, you just want the main component Chex. The reason is because it has holes in the squares for the chocolate mixture to seep in the middle and then encloses the chocolate when covered in the powdered sugar to solidify the chocolate coating. A chocolaty-nutty crunch is exactly what you expect!

  • Servings: 7cups

Ingredients

  • 1 cup nut butter, any
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 6-7 cups Chex cereal
  • 2-3 cups powdered sugar

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, melt peanut butter and chocolate together.
  2. Add in Chex cereal in batches, fold to coat with metal spoon. You want a thick coating on each piece.
  3. Add powdered sugar in batches, fold to coat and combine.
  4. Store in air tight container on counter top or refrigerator.
