I think this year these are Santa’s new favorite cookies! A molten center of hazelnut spread housed in a easy chocolate chip cookie that is delicious on its’ own. Step up your cookie game with a stuffed cookie that is fun for big kid’s and for the tiny tot’s! A soft, chewy cookie bursting with a silky, smooth core you cannot resist.
When you freeze the Nutella, or your choice of hazelnut spread (I have used store brand and it is just as tasty), you want to be sure and allow the chocolate to freeze before you stuff these. I have tried to rush that process and it isn’t the same.
I bake 6 cookies at once. If you have room for more after your first batch then add 2 more balls for 8 cookies in each batch. Make sure each cookie has enough room to spread!
What are you waiting for? Go get your bake on!
