Peanut Butter Lovers Brownies
Ingredients
- 12 ounces no stir peanut butter (or any nut butter)
- 2 cups pumpkin puree
- 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1/3 heaping cup HappyWayAu protein powder
- Mix-in’s of your choice
Directions
- Pre-heat your oven to 350 degree F. Line 9×9 baking pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix everything together until smooth.
- Add batter to mixture, bake 27-30 minutes.
- Remove from oven, allow to cool completely. Cut and serve, store in air tight container in refrigerator.
