Kid approved! It is a never ending battle trying to get kids to eat their greens! If it isn’t covered in ranch dip, cheese, or peanut butter..forget it!
This is a new way to get your children to eat their veggies! Chopped them up finely and toss into pasta with some red sauce over it, I bet they barely notice!
BONUS: UNDER 30 MINUTES to prep and cook these tiny bites! SWEET!
I love these just as meal itself. I love spicy, you can always reduce or add depending on your pallet. The sweetness is not necessary but sure does taste good!
You can also use these as a snack before dinner, add bacon for a dinner party appetizer. People will be asking for more!
Goes well with any desired protein and any carb such as rice, pasta, potatoes!

- Remove and toss into a salad, add to your protein dish, or toss into pasta!
Make this as spicy or as sweet as you like. These measurements are what I used, if you have kids you may want to reduce or leave out chili powder!
