This is my basic go-to meatball recipe for almost all occasions. I keep this one simple so that way there is room for added flavor depending on your dish!
Simple, Tender Meatball Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 pound preferred ground meat
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 tablespoons bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 400 degree F.
- Grease or line a baking sheet with parchment.
- In a large bowl, add all ingredients.
- Using your hands like a claw, mix ingredients together until combined.
- Roll into 1-inch balls.
- Place on prepared sheet.
- Bake 18-20 minutes.
- Toss meatballs with your favorite pasta, place on sandwich, or dunk in sauce for mini appetizer bites!
- Refrigerate any leftovers.
