Simple, Tender Meatball Recipe

This is my basic go-to meatball recipe for almost all occasions. I keep this one simple so that way there is room for added flavor depending on your dish!

Simple, Tender Meatball Recipe

Perfect protein one bite solution!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound preferred ground meat
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons bread crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degree F.
  2. Grease or line a baking sheet with parchment.
  3. In a large bowl, add all ingredients.
  4. Using your hands like a claw, mix ingredients together until combined.
  5. Roll into 1-inch balls.
  6. Place on prepared sheet.
  7. Bake 18-20 minutes.
  8. Toss meatballs with your favorite pasta, place on sandwich, or dunk in sauce for mini appetizer bites!
  9. Refrigerate any leftovers.

These are always great to have on hand as a protein packed snack!
